High-level flat palletizer integrated system is composed of stacker host, climbing conveyor, bag pusher, belt conveyor and control system. The
control system uses high-end brand PLC controllers, low-voltage electrical appliances, and touch-screen human-machine interfaces, with high
reliability and stability. Local and remote query production records, neat and stable stacking, a variety of palletizing patterns are optional, large-
capacity pallet storage and heavy-duty conveyors are optional to improve production efficiency
Fully automatic palletizing machine workflow:
The front-end packaging machine bag is finished sewing/heat sealing --- bag pusher machine (the packaged bag changes from upright
state to flat state) --- climbing/inclined conveyor bag conveying --- packaging bag enters the shaping mechanism for shaping and
leveling --- bag enter the position to be grabbed through the roller conveyor --- the empty pallet is automatically entered by the pallet
warehouse into the corresponding position of the palletizing host --- the palletizer grabs the bag from the grabbing position ---
(by X axis, Y axis , Z-axis and automatic positioning of the pallet) Put the packaging bag on the pallet according to the preset palletizing
pattern --- automatically complete the palletizing of the set number of packages --- automatically convey the palletized full pallet out of
the Palletizer --- sound and light alarm buzzer signal to inform the forklift to take away the full pallet --- at the same time transport the
next empty pallet to the palletizing host --- start the next working cycle
